工学博士,硕士生导师,湖南省骨干教师,湖南省石油化工优秀工程师,岳阳市高校协会优秀专家,岳阳市科技科技特派员,山东星顺新材料有限公司云溪区域负责人,中石化湖南石化聚合物材料合成所所长。主要研究领域集中在石油化工高分子材料合成与改性;纵向课题集中在共轭烯烃和环内酯类单体阴离子序列可控聚合方面,主持国家自然科学青年基金1项,湖南省自然科学基金2项,湖南省教育厅重点项目和优秀青年项目2项;横向课题主要集中在中石化乙烯裂解碳五资源优化利用系列课题,承担中石化湖南石化课题多项,2026年官能化SSBR技术在湖南石化实现500吨产业化。在ACS polymers Au, European polymer journal, Polymer Chemistry, ACS Omega, Polymer等国际高分子权威期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇,专利20余件。目前承担《物理化学》和《高分子化学》课程,获批国家级和湖南省《物理化学》混合一流本科课程,指导中国国际大学生创新创业大赛国家级铜奖2项,湖南省大挑项目一等奖和创新创业大赛二等奖多项。
