围绕新型电化学生物传感界面的构建及其在食品安全快速检测中的应用研究,重点是基于功能性纳米复合材料(如贵金属纳米粒子、过渡金属普鲁士蓝类似物PBA、共价有机框架COF、还原氧化石墨烯RGO)与特异性分子识别技术(如分子印迹聚合物MIP、适配体Aptamer、酶标放大)的协同耦合,发展高灵敏、高选择性的电化学传感新方法,实现对食品中有害残留物(如酚类内分泌干扰物双酚A、抗生素、农药残留及生物毒素)的免标记或即时现场检测(POCT)。 先后获得湖南省自然科学基金项目、湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目等资助。在自信号电化学探针的设计与传感机制、分子印迹仿生识别界面的可控构建、纳米信号放大策略与电极界面电子转移动力学、复杂食品基体中的抗干扰策略、基于金属有机框架/共价有机框架的电活性复合材料的可控制备、普鲁士蓝类似物及其衍生物的电化学性能调控、无标记电化学免疫传感平台、光电化学协同传感新方法、便携式电化学检测系统的开发与应用等方向取得了大量的研究成果。 迄今已发表SCI论文30余篇(其中以第一作者/通讯作者在 Microchemical Journal、Food Chemistry 等国际权威期刊发表论文多篇);获中国发明专利授权2项;主编《生物工程综合实验》教材1部;撰写英文论著2部。 承担项目: 1、酶-MWCNTs-TEMPO级联催化体系构筑及锌空气电池性能研究,湖南自然科学基金部门联合项目(2025JJ80205),主持,2025-2027。 2、利拉鲁肽的表达合成及对II型糖尿病的疗效分析,湖南自然科学基金青年项目(2019JJ50207),主持,2019-2021。 3、基于金纳米-石墨烯复合材料构建生物传感器对卵巢癌肿瘤标志物检测,湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目(18B351),主持,2018-2021。 4、酶-有机催化剂级联反应体系构筑及锌空气电池性能研究,湖南省教育厅重点项目(24A0471),主持,2024-2027。 代表性论文: 1.
