将电化学检测方法与分子印迹技术相结合,通过碳材料、金属纳米粒子、MOFs等材料的修饰,构建系列电化学传感器,用于食品、环境中有毒有害物质的检测。同时,针对阿尔茨海默病和帕金森病的致病机理,设计、合成潜在多肽药物分子,取得了一些研究成果。迄今已发表包括:Food Chemistry,Biosensors & Bioelectronics, Chemical Engineering Science, Food Chemistry: X, Microchemical Journal在内的SCI论文40余篇。2篇论文入选ESI高被引论文;获中国发明专利授权6项;主编《化妆品学概论》教材1部,以副主编参编《皮肤生理学》教材1部。

个人简介
周彬彬,1984年12月出生,湖南平江人,教授,硕士生导师。2013年5月,于中南大学化学化工学院应用化学专业获博士学位。2009-2011年,在美国加州州立大学洛杉矶分校进行联合培养。主持省自然科学基金项目3项,主持省食药监局科研项目2项,主持省教育厅科研项目和教改项目各1项,主持横向课题4项;参与食品安全国家标准制修订项目3项,食品安全地方标准制定项目2项。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Food Chemistry,Biosensors & Bioelectronics, Chemical Engineering Science, Food Chemistry: X, Microchemical Journal等杂志发表SCI、EI收录论文40余篇;申请国家发明专利9件,已授权6件。以主编和副主编身份编写教材2部。
