个人简介
马英楠,1992年出生,河北保定人,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,现任职于湖南理工大学化学化工学院。毕业于天津工业大学材料科学与工程学院,后于分离膜与膜过程国家重点实验室完成硕博连读,长期深耕先进膜材料与膜分离技术领域,围绕MOFs复合膜界面调控、复合膜结构设计、跨膜传质机理及气体分离、水处理、氢能燃料电池质子交换膜等方向开展系统研究。主持湖南省自然科学基金、湖南省教育厅重点项目及企业横向课题等多项科研项目,在分离膜领域三大刊J. Membr. Sci.、Sep. Purif. Technol.、Desalination及化工领域顶级期刊ACS Sustain. Chem. Eng.等发表高水平SCI论文30篇,累计被引超500余次,相关成果在CO2高效分离、功能膜材料性能强化及微孔材料催化分离等方面取得积极进展,以科技特派专家服务绿色石化产业技术升级。坚持科研反哺教学、产教深度融合,主讲《高分子化学》《高分子材料学》等课程,积极构建“项目-培养-评价”三环递进式实践育人体系,着力培养具有工程意识、创新能力和社会责任感的高素质化工人才。获湖南省教学成果奖二等奖、湖南省青年教师课堂教学竞赛三等奖等荣誉,指导学生在中国国际大学生创新大赛、“挑战杯”等高水平赛事中获国家级、省级金奖、银奖等多项奖励,获评优秀硕士生导师。
